Integrated Results care about our clients and our employees. We believe that striving to maintain a happy workplace, with happy employees, produces the best results for clients.

Integrated Results promotes a code of best practice to its employees, to create an admirable, enjoyable and ethical organisational culture.

Integrated Results objectives define what we consistently want to achieve. We all work to this common aim:

  • To constantly adapt to meet the needs and wants of our clients wherever practical

What goes around comes around

We firmly believe that if we consistently exceed client expectation, are honest, proactive and ethical, Integrated Results will continue to prosper. We will not accept a brief unless we feel that we have the necessary skills and experience to deliver in-line with client expectations – if we do not, we will be honest enough to tell you (and probably be able to suggest an organisation that has).

Sharing the risk

We believe in our services, we are honest about the skills and resources we have to deliver the required results and will generally propose a fee structure to ‘share the risk’ – agreeing fixed fees that cover costs and a bonus structure to generate profit proportionate to the success of the activity.

We are proud of the services we deliver to clients. While doing this, we also respect the integrity of the industries we work within and are determined to maintain this and be a respected company, by being proactive and ethical throughout all our operations.
