As a result of this specialism we have been appointed by Hewlett-Packard to provide a renewal service in the UK, France and the Netherlands for their range of HP Care Pack Services. This activity is carried out under the trading name of ‘Care Pack Sales’.

The company issues expiry reminders to customers on behalf of Hewlett-Packard by post and/or email. We provide details of the HP hardware on which support is expiring together with information on the options available to extend cover. The customer is free to purchase these Services from their normal HP reseller or from Support Warehouse. Support Warehouse activate all HP Care Pack Services that they sell and forward the Support Certificate directly to the customer by email.
